Simply click on one of the drop down menus at the top of this
page by "Products" or "by Room". A page of products is
presented to you and can be navigated by clicking "Next Page" and
"Previous Page" or by clicking the page number at the bottom of the
page. To see a product in more detail click it's
name or picture. To add a product to your "Shopping Basket"
click on "Buy" (or click "Options", then "Buy"
next to the finish/size that you prefer). See Shopping Basket below to
continue. |
Registering

To record your details with us click REGISTER above and
complete the page of details about yourself. All fields marked with * (an
asterisk) are mandatory. Please make sure your password is difficult to guess
then click "Save Details" to complete registration process. Any errors
or missing data will be indicated to you. |
Shopping Basket
|
|
This is designed to work in a similar way to a real shopping
basket or trolley. Add any item that interests you into your basket to make
comparisons and decide which you might like to buy - there's no obligation until you decide to
"Purchase" and confirm your card details and delivery address. To change quantities please enter a new quantity and
remember to click the "Update Quantities" button. Removing items is
easy just click "Remove" and your basket is automatically updated. |
Purchasing the contents of your Basket

Check the products and quantities in your basket are what you think they
are then click
"Purchase". The next page allows a credit card and delivery address to
be entered against the order. If a credit card is registered with us it the
first two and last four digits are displayed in the drop down box. To register a
new card click "Add Card" enter the new details then click OK to
return to the Order page with the new card details registered. Selecting or
adding your address is the same process. Please review our Terms and Conditions
and check the box to confirm that you have read
and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Then enter your
password and click the "Process Order" button (once only to avoid
duplicate orders) to finalise the purchase. After a few moments confirmation of
the order is presented on the "Order Details" page. The status of the
order is indicated and this can be reviewed in future by logging in and
selecting ORDERS.

Order Tracking
|

All Orders are subject to approval, product availability and
credit card authorisation. An email will be despatched confirming your order and
you may also receive confirmation by post.
Most products are made to order and cancellation is only possible for a short
period of time before credit card authorisation is granted and the order placed.
After this period the customer is obliged to take delivery of the product and is
allowed 30 days to return the product as indicated in our terms &
conditions.
